The “Quick Plus” Package

One hour of consultation via phone or Skype to discuss whatever your design needs are. This package also includes me emailing you a customized color scheme that I’ve come up with (if you need it) $100/hr


The “Penthouse” Package:

Includes 1 hr. of consultation, a moodboard with furniture, paint, textiles, art, lighting and everything else needed for a beautiful space, a 3D drawing showing what your space can look like, and the option to have me do one revision. This package also includes suggestions on how to reuse/repurpose items already in your space (if needed).
$250 per Bath, Entryways, & Hallways
$400 all other rooms

Design Consultation:

We can meet up to discuss your design needs and any specific questions you may have. I’ll walk through your space and make suggestions and options for creating the space you want. In 2 hours, we can cover paint colors, upholstery, new furniture, and more.  You can also choose this time for me to come shopping with you to choose that perfect piece your home is missing.$100/hr (2 hr. minimum) Payments must be made directly to me when we meet.

8 Hour Fun Day:

This package is a great way to pick my brain for 8 hours. I’ll come over in the morning and walk through the space, giving suggestions on what should stay, what should go, and what could be reinvented. We’ll have loads of fun planning, moving stuff around, and refreshing the space. This time will also be used for shopping (if needed). I’ll also work hands on with you to get you closer to that dream space. For 8 hours, you can put me to work! Flat fee only;  contact me for rates. Payment must be made directly to me when we meet.

Full Service:

I’ll work with you to create a design that fits your style and personality. Full service includes an initial design consultation, space planning, AutoCad floorplan drawing and 3D renderings, design concepts and planning, project management, budgeting, purchasing, and décor.  Full service clients must sign a Letter of Agreement stating the range of services being provided and the total rate of service. Full service fees are flat fee only and will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
